While accepting the order from our logistics partner, if you notice that the package is in a damaged condition or if the packaging has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will investigate the same on priority and within 24 hours we will update you about our investigation and provide details of the new replacement package.
